Politos has been my go-to for my family’s vehicles for more than two decades. I buy there, I get repairs there and, sometimes, I stop in just to swap spit with those in the know. These days, vehicles are so tech-driven, they’re practically sentient beings. Gone are the days of relying only on your local, generic repair shop. Only Ford techs should tinker with Ford computers. Bonnie, et al. at the service desk are remarkably knowledgeable, initially offering friendly over-the-counter assessments. They text, they e-mail, they call – no more endlessly leaving messages at your dealer’s service department, or elsewhere at Polito. It’s just got an overriding, positive vibe imbuing their stylish, modernized showrooms and service desks, making me comfortable and confident that I am treated fairly and honestly. I don’t buy Fords only because of the product – it’s as much about the team around them. I trust the Polito team and get service that makes me feel valued and appreciated.
